Kitaibaraki International Communications Society (KICS) is engaged, by the volunteer staff, in various projects such as holding various events, training for youth goodwill ambassadors (KYAP), accepting international students from neighbor universities and homestays (WAIPRO), and publishing Newsletters annually.  We are looking for a wide range of members who agree with the purpose of KICS and help promote global exchange activities.
