We recently learned from the newspapers that Cyclone Gabrielle caused significant damage to Wairoa and Hawke’s Bay area.
We would like to extend our heartfelt sympathy to the citizens of Wairoa on the occasion of the Cyclone Gabrielle disaster.
According to the photos sent to us by some friends the other day, the places our members visited were also submerged and covered in mud, and we were just stunned to see that the flood damage was quite significant.
We pray that the damage will not spread too far, that the victims will be able to return to their daily lives soon, and that the disaster area will be restored as soon as possible.
We sincerely hope that everyone in Wairoa is all safe and didn’t suffer any
serious damage.
