Under the undisputed fine weather, KICS "Curry and Nan" sales were a big hit !!
KICS participated in the 29th Ujo-no-Sato Minato Festival, which has become an annual event. At 7:00 in the morning, the staff gathered and got excited at the same time as preparing for the festival, beginning with naan and curry, put on a matching apron, put the fire in the kiln, and the staff who grilled naan started with a smile with a familiar hand.
This year, we baked and sold 300 pieces of naan in response to the repeater's voice that they couldn't buy it last year. There was a line waiting for the baking, and it was a great success. In addition, members dispatched to Wairoa in March of this year joined in to distribute leaflets for KICS promotion, stir curry pod, and support sales.
The number of people who came to enjoy the annual bazaar increased, and we learned the tips of sales year by year.
