Report on the 18th Kitaibaraki Youth Ambassador Project (KYAP-18)

KYAP18 members return from Wairoa with great emotion and heartfelt gratitude! !!

The 18th Kitaibaraki Youth Ambassadors visited Wairoa, New Zealand, which is an international friendship city, on a 10-day schedule. A total of 12 representatives from Kitaibaraki City, including leader Keiichiro Mogi and sub-leader Takashi Tamura, deepened exchanges with Wairoa City. The association dispatches members, mainly young people, every other year, and this time it has counted 18 times.

Every time they were overwhelmed by unexpected experiences and foreign cultures, became more confident in their potential, and they were thrilled to discover that all the people in the world are friends. They returned to Japan with a wonderful impression for 10 days and a heartfelt gratitude to the association / administrative staff and parents who were involved in this dispatch project.

Taking advantage of this experience, they have received reliable voices from everyone saying that they will continue to do their bests for Kitaibaraki City.
